Shipping Policy

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed. We do not cancel orders once they are placed.

 

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order at unserviceable cities, and within 1 day in the serviceable area, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered a next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends will process on the following Monday.  All packages after being processed can take 2 to 7 business days for delivery depending on destination.

*All orders are shipped in the order in which they were placed.

Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package.  After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24-48 hours for updates to be reflected.

Shipping Policy:

All packages after being processed can take 2 to 7 business days for delivery. The time frame does not include holidays and weekends. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified by email prior to the shipping label being paid and created. So please verify you entered the correct address before finalizing your order. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

Shipping Method:

If you choose to expedite your shipping method, such as express shipping, this is just the method chosen after the package is shipped, it will travel at the method you chose however the method chosen is not the amount of time the product will take to reach the customer. 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to Shudh Bharat Unit , due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Shudh Bharat is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if the address is incorrect. 

Delivered Packages:

Once a package is marked delivered Shudh Bharat is not to be held responsible. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

International Shipping:

Please be advised packages can take in excess of 15 to 20 business days for clients to receive. Once your package leaves the country, tracking updates can be slower than usual as it goes through U.S. Customs and Borders which may delay the receipt of your package. We ask for your patience when placing an international order.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged/Delayed Packages:

We cannot be held responsible for delayed or stolen packages. Please provide an address to which your package can be securely delivered.

If a package is lost, you must provide valid proof in order to submit a claim. 

For damaged packages, you must contact us by email within 30 days of placing your order. You must send an email with pictures attached of the damages along with the shipping label and barcodes visible. Please send all info to ceyonindia@gmail.com 

Claims:

If your package is lost or damaged or expired, a claim can be submitted for reimbursement. . The label has to be within 15 days after it was created. You must email valid proof, and a claim must be submitted. This process can take between 15 to 30 days. In some cases, this process can take 3 to six months for domestic and international claims.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 5 hour in servicible cities and 2 days for non serviceible cities  without giving any reason for doing so.The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will reimburse You no later than 2 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 2 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods are Expired or damaged 


The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.</p>

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
